Return Policy

WILSHIRE WIGS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This return policy is effective as of January 11, 2024.

 

WEB AND PHONE ORDER RETURN POLICY:

All orders are subject to a 10% restock fee. For exchanges, please return items for a refund and place a new order. Details and exceptions as follows:

- Item must be returned and postmarked within 14 days (10 business days) of ship date.  After that date items are no longer returnable.

- You can either mail the item back at your expense, or you can print our USPS return label by clicking the "PRINT RETURN LABEL" button below. If you use our return label you accept $9.95 will be deducted from the paid order amount. If the package hasn't shipped within 14 days of printing the label, the label will void, and is no longer returnable.

- The following items are not returnable: items marked Clearance, Overstock or Closeout, Hair Care Products (shampoos, conditioners, etc.), and all Accessories (wig caps, Styrofoam heads, etc.)

- Items must be in factory condition and must include the original undamaged box and packaging, and all hang tags must be still attached.  Items may be tried on but cannot be brushed out, used, worn, or altered in any way, nor have any product or perfume on them.

- Box must be in factory condition. Do not apply tape to it.

- If there is a shipping charge on the invoice, that shipping amount will not be refunded.

- Customers who frequently return items may be subject to an additional restock fee. While rare, customers would be notifed in adavnce of this situation.

 

IN STORE RETURN POLICY:

All items purchased inside our showroom are final sale (not valid for return, store credit, or exchange).

-Items ordered for pickup must be picked up within 14 days (10 business days). Ordered items are eligible for store credit minus a 15% restock fee if not taken at the time of pickup.  Ordered items taken out of the showroom are not valid for return, store credit, or exchange.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

No RMA or advance permission from Wilshire Wigs is needed to send returns back to us.  Any eligible items (see above return policies for any exclusions) must be postmarked within 14 days (10 business days) of the ship date.

You can mail it back two ways: either click on the return label button below to print a return label (please note using our return labels is a $9.95 charge) or alternatively you can mail the returned items by USPS, UPS or Fedex at your expense to the following address:

Please note: International shipments must be mailed withing 3 days of recieving the item.
Please include a copy of your email confirmation or invoice with the returned item or items.  Please write on it if you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different item.
If you would like to exchange an item or items, please specify the style name, brand, cap size (if applicable), and color of the new item or items.
All returns / exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the items at our Van Nuys, California headquarters.
